Mrs. Helen Marf would occasionally sit in with this combo at Rat's Nest in Fresno. The band used to back singer King Lounendack in NYC, but he was thrown in prison for stealing firewood and they were all accomplices. The band all got light sentences and moved to Fresno after their release. King Lounendack received 50 years after he attacked the judge. Golly Awkward on drums, Patricia Monette on bass, Hempal Goozer III on piano, and Maude "the Clod" Kennedy on flute.
